Q: What is the check in and check out time?
A: Check in is 2 pm and Check out is 10 am
Q: What is the check in procedure?
A: When you book your unit you will receive an email which explains our check in procedure. Please make sure you keep this email and the pre-arrival email which is sent 2 days before arrival.
Q: If I arrive late do I need to advise you?
A: There is no need, you can arrive anytime after the check in time, just follow the instructions in you confirmation email.
Q: I have just arrived at Kalbarri and haven't booked accommodation. Can I stay tonight?
A: After hours we offer an automated service you can check availability on this website, and book your room. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email advising you how to enter your room. There is no need to phone us. If the website is not showing availability unfortunately there are no rooms available.
Q: Is there an office at the complex?
A: As we are a small complex the office is not normally manned. We do have information displayed in the window that may assist with questions.
Q: Can I park on the front verge?
A: The front verge is a no parking zone, cars and boats get in the way of the view of the customers in the front units.
Q: Can I park my trailer or boat in front of my Villa?
A: The front single story units have one car bay available, there is a single bay available next to unit 5 that can accommodate a small boat or trailer and can be used by the front units. (that fits in a standard car bay). The split level units have two car bays each. if your trailer or boats fits into a standard car bay please park there. If you have a large boat or caravan you can park at Kalbarri storage. Their number is 08 99 371421. (please contact them directly for their current fees.) There is a boat parking area directly across the road which is public parking. Please contact Kalbarri council as to the rules on using this space.(99341072).
Q: is linen supplied.
A: Linen and towels are supplied as part of the tariff.
Q: What supplies are currently in the units.
A: Linen and bath towels are supplied on arrival. As the units are self contained no housekeeping service is provided during your stay. When you arrive the following items are supplied. Soap and shampoo, coffee, tea and milk. A Toilet roll with one spare. Washing up liquid. These are sufficient for a one or two night stay. If you are staying longer please feel free to bring your owns supplies or there is an IGA in Town.
Q: Have your staff completed the Covid 19 Infection Control Training?
A: Yes our staff have completed the course.
